Steps:

  • Make Sure You have alredy installed java(JDK) in you pc

  • Copy comm.jar to
    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\lib

    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\jre\lib\ext

  • Copy win32com.dll to
    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin

    C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0\jre\bin

    C:\Windows\System32

  • Copy javax.comm.properties to
